"Helpful Free Check Engine Light Scan"
I stopped in after my check engine light came on and had no idea what was going on. The gentleman at the counter scanned it for free and explained the code in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. They didn’t repair it on the spot, but it gave me a much better idea of what part or issue to look into next. There was a bit of a wait because they were busy, but overall it was a solid experience and definitely helpful.

"Pretty good deal overall"
Prices seemed fair, and that promo code actually worked, which was a nice surprise. I wasn’t totally sure if it would apply to the thing I was looking at, but it did, so no complaints there.

"Quick pickup, just a little unclear"
I ordered a battery online for in-store pickup, it was ready way faster than I thought it would be! I got the email about 30 minutes later, headed over, and the guy at the counter found it right away. The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is that the pickup area wasn’t super obvious, so I wasn’t totally sure where to go at first... and I did have to wait a bit while they helped a few other customers. Nothing major though, the order was correct, the pickup was easy enough, and there was no hassle

I was able to get someone on the phone quickly, which was a nice change from some support calls I’ve dealt with in the past. They understood what I needed and helped me get it sorted without any hassle.

"Checkout was quick, but I felt a little misled"
I stopped in to grab a battery and expected it to be a hassle, but checkout was way faster than I thought. There was only one person ahead of me and the cashier kept things moving, so I was out in just a few minutes. That part was great. The only thing is I felt a bit misled because I went in thinking it would take longer based on how busy it looked and what I’d been told, but it ended up being painless overall.

"I’ve ordered from them a few times now…"
I’ve ordered from them a few times now, usually when I’m halfway through a project and realize I’m missing some random part, like a bracket or a filter. Most of the time they have what I’m looking for, and the site is easy to use for checking availability. A couple things I wanted sold out faster than I expected, which was a little annoying, but overall the selection is solid. I usually check it while drinking my morning coffee and it saves me from driving all over town.

We’ve been using Advance Auto Parts for our shop account for a while now, and overall it’s been a good experience. Ordering parts is straightforward, and most of the time everything shows up quickly. There have been a couple of availability mix-ups that slowed us down, but the guys at the counter were helpful and got it sorted without too much hassle. Prices are fair too. That said, when those mix-ups cost us time, I’d definitely expect some sort of credit or consideration to help make it right

I ordered a set of brake pads online and the whole process was really smooth. The website made it easy to find the right pads for my car, the confirmation email came through almost right away, and pickup at my local store took maybe 5 minutes. The staff had the order ready at the counter and everything was boxed up neatly. No hassle at all, and I’d definitely use this again.

The store was clean, and for the most part the aisles were easy to figure out. I found what I needed without wandering around forever, which was nice. I did get a little confused near the checkout area though since it felt kind of cramped and wasn’t super clear where to stand. Overall, a easy trip

"Fast wiper help and totally preventable hassle avoided"
I ordered new wiper blades on advanceautoparts.com and stopped in to pick them up. The guy there was really nice and put them on for me super fast with no hassle at all. They worked great when it rained later, driving around with bad wipers is one of those preventable problems I’m glad I took care of.

I ordered some brake pads and braced myself for the usual online checkout chaos, but nothing dramatic happened at all. I paid with my card, the page didn’t freeze, didn’t kick me back to the beginning, and didn’t make me question my life choices like some sites do. The confirmation email showed up right away, and the charge looked totally normal in my bank account. Simple, smooth, and surprisingly painless

"Pretty solid, even if pickup was slow"
I ordered brake pads and a filter for my Honda, i have to give them credit. Everything showed up fine, the parts actually fit without any back-and-forth, and the quality seems good so far. I don’t love admitting it, but the whole order itself was smooth. Took off a star because the pickup line moved slower than I expected, which was annoying, but the parts side of things was good.

I borrowed a puller for a weekend repair and got my deposit back with no hassle. I’ve paid for tools in the past that I only used once, so this was a much better option. Really helped me get the job done without spending extra money

"Easy battery check and quick install"
I stopped in after my car was dragging a bit when I tried to start it. They checked the battery right away and even showed me the reading, which made it clear it was on its last leg. I bought a new one there, and they swapped it out right in the parking lot. I think I was there maybe 15 minutes total. The guy helping me was friendly, didn’t make it feel like a hassle, and even tightened everything up neatly before I left. Super easy stop.

"Manager Actually Got It Fixed!!"
I had an issue with an online order from advanceautoparts.com, and the first support response didn’t really get me anywhere. I asked if a manager could take a look, expecting it to turn into a whole back-and-forth thing.

But the manager reached out quickly, explained what went wrong, and got the refund/part issue handled without making it complicated!! It was simple, fair, and exactly what I was hoping for. Definitely giving 5 stars for how they handled the escalation.

"Core Refund Was Quick and Easy"
I ordered a battery online and brought my old core back to the store afterward. They pulled up my receipt, gave the battery a quick check, and refunded the core charge back to my card with no hassle at all. It took maybe five minutes.
